Under Tile Roofing Felt in Meriden, West Midlands

Looking for expert under tile roofing felt in Meriden? Reliable Roofing covers Meriden and the surrounding West Midlands area.

The roofing felt beneath your tiles is your roof's second line of defence. In older properties it often degrades, tears, or collapses — allowing water, wind, and cold air into your roof space. Reliable Roofing carries out under-tile felt replacement across Coventry and surrounding areas, restoring your roof's full waterproofing capability without the need to replace perfectly good tiles.

We carefully lift tiles, replace the failed breathable membrane or felt, re-batten where necessary, and relay your existing tiles. This extends the life of your roof significantly and improves thermal performance.

We serve homeowners and businesses across Meriden, Hampton-in-Arden, Berkswell, Fillongley, and all surrounding areas. Free no-obligation surveys and written quotations are available.

FAQ: Under-Tile Felt in Meriden

How do I know my roofing felt has failed?
Signs include daylight visible in the roof space, water stains on rafters, or a collapsed saggy appearance to the felt. We can carry out a free inspection.
Will my tiles be damaged during removal?
Our experienced team handles tiles with great care. We always inspect tiles as they come off and advise you if any need replacing.
What type of felt do you use?
We primarily use modern breathable membranes (also called sarking felt) which are far superior to the old black bitumen felt in older roofs.
Is under-tile felt replacement covered by insurance?
Sudden damage caused by storms may be covered. Gradual deterioration typically is not. We can provide documentation to support any insurance claim.
