What roofing materials do you use?
We work with concrete tiles, clay tiles, natural slate, artificial slate, EPDM rubber, GRP fibreglass, and torch-on felt systems. We recommend the most appropriate material for your property and budget.
Flat Roofs
What is the best material for a flat roof?
For most residential applications, we recommend EPDM rubber or GRP fibreglass. EPDM can last 50+ years and GRP provides a seamless, incredibly durable finish. Traditional felt is available for tighter budgets.
How long does a flat roof last?
EPDM rubber: 50+ years. GRP fibreglass: 30–50 years. Quality felt: 15–20 years. The quality of installation is the biggest factor in flat roof lifespan.
My flat roof is leaking — is it worth repairing?
